Parkour
Parkour can be defined as "a sport or athletic activity in which the participant seeks to move quickly and fluidly through an area, often an urban locale, by surmounting obstacles such as walls and railing and leaping across open spaces, as in a stairwell or between buildings." Here at spins, our instructors teach the basics of Parkour so that our participants gain a knowledge of the sport, while having fun at the same time.
